The Companies are considered to be joint managers of each other in relation to the Data management referred to in Chapter 4, lines 1-12 of this Notice.

7. Rights concerned

The Data Subject may request from the Data Manager access to, correction or deletion of Personal data relating to them, and in certain cases may also request restriction of the management of the data and object to the management of Personal data. The Data Subject shall also have the right to data portability and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority and to seek judicial remedy. In the case of management based on consent, the Data Subject also has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the management carried out on the basis of consent prior to the withdrawal.

The Companies do not perform automated decision-making or profiling on Personal data collected by cookies.
